蜜桃AV graduate Andrew Foulkes has won a prestigious Cateys award 鈥� the hospitality industry鈥檚 version of the Oscars.
Andrew scooped the highly respected Manager of the Year award at the ceremony at Grosvenor House in London for his work as General Manager of the Abbey Hotel in Bath.
After graduating from 蜜桃AV with a BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management in 2000, Andrew went on to work as a chef for Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck and later with Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat鈥橲aisons. He was appointed General Manager at the Abbey Hotel in September 2014 after previously being General Manager聽at The Bath Priory and Gidleigh Park in Devon.

Since their inception in 1984, The Cateys - or Caterer and Hotelkeeper Awards - have become known for recognising the hospitality industry鈥檚 highest achievers and are considered the Oscars of the hospitality industry. 聽Recipients are nominated, selected and awarded by the industry through聽Caterer and Hotelkeeper聽magazine.
