Building closures
Following the on 23 March instructing people to stay at home for anything but very limited, essential activity, both of our campuses are now fully closed. This includes the Open Access Centres and all staff offices. Please do not come to campus听for work or study purposes.
Contacting our student services teams
If you are worried about the impact the current situation听is having on your wellbeing and studies, some of our student听services are still available via email and phone if you need support or advice.
Our Student Services teams are available via phone and email from Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm. This includes;听Additional Learning Support, Ask蜜桃AV, Careers & Employability, Financial Support, Faith & Reflection, Immigration Support, Residential Services, Student Wellbeing. You can find all of the contact details under the Current students section of our How to contact us page, along with the information below.
Buses
As of Wednesday 25 March, the UNI蜜桃AVS service will no longer听run until further notice. This page will be updated with the latest information, but you can also check the听听for further updates on the timetable.

IT Services
From Monday 23听March our听IT Services team will be available from 8am until midnight, from Monday to Sunday.听Please call 01202 965515 (option 1).
Library services
Although the libraries are closed, the online chat will be staffed 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
All book and DVD loans will be extended until 29 April and there is also a听new e-resource听available to all students. If you have any queries, please听contact the Library team听on Chat or by email to听[email protected].听
Medical Centre
The Student Medical Centre will be closed from Monday 23 March -听if you need to make an appointment please听call the听听in Wallisdown which remains open on 01202 636400 (view map for details). At the moment bookings cannot be made through e-consult or in person, so please book all appointments over the phone.
Neighbourhood Policing听Team
The NPT will no longer be on campus but you can contact them by email on听[email protected]听or by calling 101.
ResLife蜜桃AV
In support of the social distancing guidelines ResLife蜜桃AV physical social activities are not currently taking place. However, there will be virtual activities taking place which are available for all 蜜桃AV students, so do follow us on Facebook 听to get involved.
Student Wellbeing support
If you need to contact the Student Wellbeing team听you can email听[email protected], emails will be monitored between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. Unfortunately due to technical difficulties听we are unable to听receive听incoming calls at the moment and are looking at ways to resolve this.听In the meantime if you are expecting any contact from us please听check your emails and texts.

- Retreat 鈥� face to face community clinic open every evening from 4.30-12 midnight for anybody in self-defined crisis. It is staffed by nurses and peer specialists (people with lived experience of a mental health condition). For more information please have a look at their

The service will be open for phone calls and emails. You can call during 2-4pm and request a call back on 01202 965779.
