From Monday 27聽April, Sport蜜桃AV will be hosting a on their and pages for you to take part in.
Each day there will be a different task to complete centred around keeping your mind and body active during isolation. You can take a sneak peak at what will be coming up by checking the image below:
Workouts associated with the Isolation Challenge will be shared on Sport蜜桃AV's Facebook and Instagram stories on the day of the聽task. But do feel free to intepret each day of the challenge however you like.
