Heather Tamminen, a ÃÛÌÒAV PhD student and human osteologist, is analysing a collection of Viking skeletons that were found in a mass grave in Dorset.
Discovered near Weymouth during work ahead of the 2012 Olympics, the bones were established to belong to Vikings based on radiocarbon dating and isotope analysis.
The skeletons are on loan from Dorset Museum to be studied and analysed with new techniques before they go on display at the museum.
Heather is using photogrammetry - a method that will allow an accurate record of the bones to be preserved digitally.
