We are currently reviewing the online guidance available for students submitting appeals and complaints as part of a service improvement project.
A large portion of appeals and complaints made each year don鈥檛 fall under the eligibility criteria and could be dealt with through alternative action. The aim of this project聽is to reduce formal submissions being made for聽cases like these.
