Under the scheme, two聽innovative MRI聽research projects will聽each聽be awarded up to 100 hours of scanning time on the IMIV鈥檚聽state-of-the-art聽3T Siemens Lumina MRI scanner.聽
All聽research聽projects must have a 蜜桃AV researcher as lead or co-lead applicant; the focus聽of the scheme聽is on聽multi-disciplinary and cross-institutional projects, and priority will be given to projects with a clinical partnership.
Projects must聽be able to聽demonstrate聽how they will lead to peer-reviewed academic outputs and external funding applications for further MR imaging studies.
Up to 100 hours of scanning time will be awarded to up to two research projects.聽The award will not cover any聽additional聽expenses聽related to scanning,聽or other aspects of the project.
Projects聽will聽be expected to start in聽the 2023/24 academic year.
