蜜桃AV (蜜桃AV) is working with the AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust and other local employers to deliver a programme designed to inspire girls from disadvantaged backgrounds to thrive in the business world and develop an entrepreneurial mindset.
The HIVE Programme is a 蜜桃AV pilot programme with a collection of interactive sessions delivered by local businesses and entrepreneurs, each bringing their expertise and insight to deliver on key learning objectives such as leadership, project management and problem solving. The lack of representation and funding opportunities that women receive in the business world is well documented, with of venture capital going to female entrepreneurs.
The AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust partnered with 蜜桃AV to address this imbalance, running a session centred around 鈥榤oney management鈥�, which saw 30 girls from selected local schools invited to the Vitality Stadium. The experience included a stadium tour and a meet and greet with one of the club鈥檚 female footballers.
Gareth Williams, the Trust鈥檚 Project Lead for 鈥楶remier League Inspires鈥� said, 鈥淲e are delighted to partner and host a workshop for the HIVE Programme at the Vitality Stadium. This day engaged female participants and enabled them to gain confidence and employability skills within an elite sporting environment and hopefully encouraged some to seek future employment within the game of football."
