As part of our commitment to the wellbeing of students, we want to ensure that all athletes have a better understanding of some of the support services we can offer to help get them back into sport.

Our injury support services provide our performance sport athletes with a wide range of services tailored to the individual’s needs and preferences. We recognise that student athletes want to be back playing sport as soon as possible, therefore it is our aim to effectively liaise with injured athletes to get you back playing the sport you love.

19.7%
of injuries reported were ankle injuries; our most common injury. Taking part in Strength and Conditioning can help reduce this percentage.
85%
of students that accessed our injury support services were back playing within 2 weeks of injury.
