If you are applying for a full-time undergraduate course (including Top-up degrees) you will need to submit your application through the UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admission Service) website. We have an International Admissions Team who can assist you with your application if you need any help. They can also keep you up to date on the status of your application - or you can use  to see how your application is progressing.
Make sure you have the correct UCAS codes for the courses you're interested in, as well as the right institution codes when you fill in your application. Our institution code is B50. If you are applying for a course run by one of our partner colleges, you will need to add the relevant campus code to your application, which can be found on each partner college's website.

Key application deadlines
Applications for undergraduate courses starting in September 2025 are now open until 30 June 2025 for the majority of courses if you are an international student.
Please be advised, for all Health related degrees, the application deadline for all students is 29 January 2025.

Deferred entry
We may consider applications for deferred entry to September 2026Â - you need to request deferred entry once you have made your application by contacting our Admissions Team. This means you can submit your application now, but won't begin studying until the September 2025Â academic year.
If you apply for deferred entry, the conditions of any offer we make to you must be satisfied by early September 2025. In addition, any applicable fees, funding, accommodation and other terms covered in the Student Agreement will be for your year of entry (September 2026), not the year that you apply. All of this information may be subject to change, so you should consider this before you make your decision.

Joining a course in year two or final year
We welcome applications from international students to join our degree programmes in year two or final year. We are actively working with overseas institutions to establish agreements for advanced entry - you can see which institutions we have an agreement with on our global partnerships page. We will make this decision on a case-by-case basis, so contact us if you want to find out whether this may apply to you. It is also possible to apply for credit to miss out a placement year if you already have relevant work experience.
Transferring to ÃÛÌÒAV
We welcome applications from students who have previously studied at other institutions and wish to transfer onto a ÃÛÌÒAV course. We facilitates Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) which enables credit awarded from one institution to contribute to a ÃÛÌÒAV award, subject to an application process. If you are an International non-European student and require a visa to study in the UK, please contact International Admissions Team for advice before taking any action to transfer to ÃÛÌÒAV.Â
